Joachim Hauser joins Strategy Engineers as a Partner
Strategy Engineers (SE) has received a boost in its management team with the addition of Joachim Hauser as a partner. The former Vice President of BMW will be responsible for expanding the consulting portfolio in the area of Innovation Driven Transformation and Mobility Services.
Joachim Hauser looks back on a long career in consulting and industry. He began his consulting career at IBM and spent many years at BMW in various management positions, most recently as Vice President in the Mobility Services division. After leaving BMW, Joachim Hauser and a partner took over the Automated Mobility company "Promotives", which has since been acquired by the Finnish technology company "Unikie Oy" and specifically supports the area of Automated Valet Parking and Automated Vehicle Logistics. With the handover of Promotives, Joachim Hauser joined the management consulting company SE as a partner.
"We are very pleased to have been able to bring Mr Hauser on board," says Managing Director Dr Albert Neumann. "The transformation of the automotive industry from a product to a service industry has been the focus of SE for many years. Mr Hauser's experience is therefore an ideal addition to our company."
Mr Hauser has been actively involved in the development of Mobility Services at BMW as an executive from the very beginning and knows the challenges of implementation. Thus, from personal experience, he can help other companies to successfully manage their own transformation.
Through this addition of personnel, SE has not only deepened its expertise in the shaping of mobility services but has also expanded its "Innovation Driven Transformation (IDT)" consultancy services with relevant hands-on experience. The aim of IDT is to specifically show companies how changes can be designed on the basis of a new, innovative product and service offering and how implementation can take place in the current corporate culture with a positive outcome.
"Digitalisation is accelerating the transformation and delivering new and powerful tools in ever faster cycles. If we do not learn to use these tools for innovation, we will lose our competitiveness," says Joachim Hauser. "We accept the challenge and guide our clients through the complexity of their projects. With our values of 'professionalism, expertise, reliability and trust', we share our market and technology knowledge and develop innovative solutions with our clients until they transform their businesses. In the course of my work at Strategy Engineers, I am sure that we will complement each other very well - but more importantly, shape the transformation of the automotive industry together."
