We are looking for a motivated working student to support our HR team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in HR and make a valuable contribution to our HR processes.
After intensive training, you will support our HR team in the recruiting process from the pre-selection of applicants to the signing of contracts and, in addition to administrative tasks, you will be responsible for communicating with applicants. You will actively help with the design and regular maintenance of our online channels as well as with the preparation and implementation of various recruiting events.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enrolled at a college or university and has at least one year until graduation
- Preferably studied a subject related to the position and ideally has gained some practical experience
- Has an interest in HR-related topics and HR processes
- Has a quick grasp of the situation combined with reliability and discretion
- Works independently and carefully
