As a Marketing Manager at Strategy Engineers, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of marketing and internal communication activities, utilising both digital and traditional approaches. You will support the implementation of online marketing initiatives, conduct target audience and topic research, maintain the website, create content and advertisements, as well as generate reports for our team. From the outset, you will be seamlessly integrated into the team and make a significant contribution to the successful B2B communication efforts of Strategy Engineers.
Your profile
We are looking for people with a Bachelor or Master in marketing, communication science/design, economics, or a related field. Preferably, you have initial experience in an agency or B2B online marketing. You should have an affinity for technology, advanced office skills, and ideally some familiarity with Adobe programs.
In addition to being fluent in both written and spoken German and English, you should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent analytical skills.
You are an effective team player with excellent communication skills, empathy, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive willingness to take on responsibility.
